Terms & Conditions
Your booking is secured upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total booking charge. Deposits can be paid by either credit/debit card or cheque. Cheques must be received within 7 working days of the due date of arrival. The person making the booking is responsible for the total cost of the reservation and the cost of repair/repacement of any loss or damage caused.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation up to 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival and will refund all deposits/payments made. Your reservation will be confirmed by letter.
The outstanding balance due must be paid upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Any other monies owing i.e. bar/snacks etc. should be paid prior to departure.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 2 p.m., although earlier arrival may be possible with prior agreement.
Check-out on the day of departure is 10.30a.m. (11.00a.m. Sunday).
Cancellation of a reservation (or any part thereof) prior to 7 days notice will only incur the loss of the deposit paid. However, cancellations with less than 7 days notice or a 'No Show' will incur the full cost of the reservation. We reserve the right to redeem the remaining balance using the credit/debit card details provided.
We reserve the right to amend or terminate any conctract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests or causes damage to the hotel, fixtures or fittings.
